 o\nMayumi is an award winning fiber artist using natural dye and mushroom 
 dye with the technique called botanical printing which uses real leaves to
  transfer colors and shapes from plants onto natural fibers. She extracts 
 dye from nature and uses it for her work on silk\, wool and other natural 
 fibers. Mayumi will present a brief history of natural dye\, the types of 
 plants (and some insects!) to dye and process of Botanical printing.\n\n
