Meeting Minutes – June 12, 2024

Members are asked to volunteer on a meeting room setup/breakdown committee. It’s an easy task, the folding chairs are light and tables will only be needed for workshops. SCTAG has access to the MCSC Annex at 9:00 a.m. on our meeting days and has until 1:00 p.m. to return the room to readiness for the next renter.

The Treasurer’s report was provided. It is available to members upon request and copies are retained in the Information Binder maintained by the Board Secretary.

Board Meeting Minutes – May 13, 2024

Voting for next year’s Board by members in active standing will take place at the June general meeting. Continuing with the Board is Susan Penney as Treasurer. For the coming year, LeAnn Bjelle is running for Board President, Patrice Keet for Vice President, Alexandra (Alex) Emrick for Secretary, and Elizabeth Schilling for Programs Coordinator. Bruce Fihe will also continue as Webmaster  (which is not a Board position).

Meeting Minutes – March 13, 2024

Guests and new members were offered the opportunity to introduce themselves. Volunteers were thanked, including the Board, County Fair coordinator, Webmaster, Programs committee, Library committee, Welcome committee, Historian, HGA and CNCH representatives, Interest Group leaders, and Facilities volunteers.

Effective with the May 8 general meeting, the Guild is relocating to the Mid County Senior Center (MCSC) Annex located at 829 Bay Avenue in Capitola, behind the Woodworm party supply store.
